1 -  Can I use foil on my BBQ grill for certain recipes?

No. In order to avoid overheating of the product, you should never use foil on the product.

2 -  How can I avoid smoke and odour?

a) Always keep the drip tray filled with water. This allows any running off juices and fat to dissipate in the water thereby preventing smoking and flare-ups.
b) You will see some smoke during the first use. This is normal and will not continue for long. If you continue to see smoke, be sure the grill plate has been cleaned properly.

3 - How can I clean my BBQ?

The product can be fully dismantled for easy cleaning. The body of the grill should be wiped down after each use, but never immerse it in water.

4 -  My BBQ is not grilling properly.

If you are located in a windy place, the cooking surface might cool down and grilling will take longer.

5 -  What are the temperatures of each setting on a grill with an adjustable thermostat?

- 0 = Off
- Beginning of Heating Zone: Keep Warm = 200-220 F
- Middle of Heating Zone: Low Searing = 220-240 F
- End of Heating Zone: High Searing = 240-270 F

6 -  What utensils can I use on my BBQ?

Only use wooden, plastic or Tefal's nylon utensils. Metal utensils can damage the non-stick coating on the grill.
